David has been working in the field of organisational development for over twenty years, focusing on supporting individual and organisational change through developing better relationships between people and their environments. He is a co-director of Levati, an Organisation Development consultancy working in the UK and globally across a range of organisations. He’s previously worked in senior OD and HR roles in engineering, manufacturing, financial services and education companies. He’s also on the board of the Organisation Development Network Europe running their conferences and events. Originally from Essex, and now based in Lancashire, he started his career teacher training in Poland, where his love of theatre was ignited by appearing in vodka-fuelled pantomimes.
