In consideration of being invited to attend the briefing day, you hereby irrevocably assign with full title guarantee by way of an assignment of future and present copyright all rights (including copyright whether vested, contingent or future) in any ideas, work or material created or contributed to by you (including your employees and agents) at the briefing meeting, for the full period of copyright including any extensions and/or renewals thereof, to enable the Company to freely exploit the same without any royalty, residual, payment or restriction whatsoever and further you hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity waive all rights to which you now or may in future be entitled pursuant to the provisions of the Copyright Designs & Patents Act 1988 and any other moral rights to which you may be entitled under any legislation now existing or in the future enacted in any part of the world and you hereby agree to procure waivers in like terms from any of your employees, sub-contractors or agents who may otherwise be entitled to such rights.
